My measurements workings.
I made the body using a generic cube and tucked the side corners in to give it the standard Lego torso. I also did some light bevelling on the bottom corner to round it off a little.
For the head i got a cylinder and elongated the middle while adding two or three edge loops to the elongated section and create the sloped/ bevelled edges.
The pelvis is comprised of three shapes, two cylinders and a cube. i had to extend one section of the cube out and round it off so the first cylinder fit snugly.
For the leg i made a cube and moulded it into the leg shape, the topography is a little bit rough on this one but it will work for animation.
The arm and hand. I found the arm really tough to crack before i was shown a very simple way of doing it, once I figured it out I made one fairly quickly. the hand was easy, it was merely a hollow cylinder with a smaller cylinder sticking out of the top.
